User content
We may collect uploaded photos or videos of math problems, handwritten work, saved canvas content, and other user-generated educational content.
This is used solely to provide tutoring functionality, AI feedback, saving and restoring work, and improving app reliability.
Identifiers
We may collect a user ID or account identifier associated with your account for authentication, account management, subscription access, security, and syncing app data.
Purchases
We may collect purchase history related to subscriptions or memberships purchased through Apple’s App Store.
Payment information is processed securely by Apple. We do not directly collect or store credit card or banking information.
Usage data
We may collect feature usage, upload counts, app interactions, and session activity to maintain functionality, improve reliability, and support app performance.
Diagnostics
We may collect limited crash logs and performance metrics to improve stability, reliability, scalability, and performance.
